The Construction Project Manager (CPM) oversees and coordinates all phases of Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity’s
residential construction projects—from site preparation through occupancy. The current project is a duplex at 804 North

Main Street in Greensboro, Vermont, built for CVHFH’s perpetually affordable homeownership program, ensuring long-
term housing stability for income-sensitive Vermonters. This role focuses on project management, coordination, and

leadership rather than hands-on construction, while requiring strong carpentry knowledge to guide volunteers and
ensure quality workmanship. The CPM works closely with the Executive Director, Building Committees, YouthBuild
teams, subcontractors, volunteers, and community partners.
