ReStore Manager:
Reporting to the Executive Director, the ReStore Manager is responsible for all areas of the day-to-day management including all daily operations, schedules, and positive development of staff, volunteers, and assets in providing a high-quality donor-to-customer experience or a ReStore in Waterbury, VT. The manager implements and drives programs and outreach for donations and provides sustained network development to expand the scope of activities to develop long-term, collaborative relationships within the community. The manager ensures the Habitat ReStore raises awareness of mission in the community.

Residential Construction Site Supervisor:
The Residential Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for all phases of Central Vermont Habitat for Humanity home building. This individual leads the overall construction, from the excavation to occupancy. Responsibilities include working with the Executive Director, Core Building Committee, and the local Building Committee with project planning and execution. Additional responsibilities include leading & teaching volunteer construction crews, coordinating with the Habitat for Humanity Volunteer Coordinator to ensure proper staffing, recruiting and training Volunteer crew leaders, tracking volunteer hours, safety training, and waiver paperwork, coordinating with subcontractors, coordinating building materials and supplies, obtaining occupancy certification, & final walk through/inspections with partner homeowners.
